Can my order be delivered internationally?

James Perse now ships to multiple international destinations through our partner, Borderfree, Inc. Through our partnership with Borderfree, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in more than 100 countries and territories, with support for many more coming soon. As an international shopper, you now get the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees, cost-effective international shipping, and much more. What is Borderfree?

Borderfree is a trusted global ecommerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with product prices in the currency of their choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total. The Borderfree solution allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with certainty.

What currencies does Borderfree support?

Borderfree currently supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click here to view and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

What payment options does Borderfree support?

Currently, Borderfree supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay, with additional payment options coming soon.

How will I know how much my order will cost?

Once you add items to your basket and enter the check-out process, Borderfree will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse in the United States to your selected international destination. This total will also include any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. There will be no additional costs will be due upon delivery.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

Will there be any additional costs due when my order is delivered?

No. When you check out with our ecommerce partner, Borderfree, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Borderfree. As long as duties and taxes were prepaid, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree. No additional costs will be due upon delivery.

How much will international shipping cost?

International shipping is determined by a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

The following is a summary of delivery window for our international orders. You will be quoted a specific delivery window at the time of checkout which is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your international order is shipped.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read “BF*” where “BF” denotes the Borderfree network.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for international orders.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.

I live in the United States. Is it possible to use Borderfree to ship an order internationally but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?

You can use Borderfree to receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but still pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you are traveling or living abroad. To have your order shipped to an international destination, select the change country option on our home page.

Do you ship to military addresses?

At this time, we cannot ship to APO | FPO addresses.

How do I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, please return items and place a new order.

What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date with the exception of items or promotions marked “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are ineligible for a return or refund. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges. Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Footwear returns must be packaged in a standard brown box with the original shoe box in its original condition placed inside. Shoe boxes returned with postal labels attached to them will be subject to repackaging fees.

What are the International Return Instructions?

To submit a merchandise return, please contact us at or 424-216-7070 for a Return Authorization which is required to process a return. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be sent and the amount you will be refunded including any duties and taxes original paid. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order in the form of the original payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return my order to a James Perse International retail location?

At this time, James Perse International retail store locations cannot accept returns from online orders. Online purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.
