U.S. RETURN POLICY
James Perse accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery with the exception of items or promotions marked “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are ineligible for a return or refund. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges. Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Footwear returns must be packaged in a standard brown box with the original shoe box in its original condition placed inside. Shoe boxes returned with postal labels attached to them will be subject to repackaging fees.
To submit a merchandise return, please contact us at email@example.com or 424 216 7070 for a Return Authorization which is required to process a return. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be sent and the amount you will be refunded including any duties and taxes original paid. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order in the form of the original payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EU Returns/Cancellations Policy
Our EU Returns/Cancellations Policy applies to products sold by our international fulfillment partner, Borderfree, and shipped to customers in the European Union. The terms of our returns policy similarly apply to our EU customers except with respect to Final Sale items. We accept returns of Final Sale items, except those items which, if tried on, cannot be returned in their original state because they may have been distorted by wear or for health and safety reasons.
Customers in the European Union also have a statutory right to cancel their orders. To exercise this cancellation right, EU customers must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 424-216-7070 within 14 days of receiving their order. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification. If you attempt to cancel an order after Borderfree has already shipped your products to you, we will not be able to process the cancellation until the order has been delivered. In this situation, Borderfree may charge you the cost of shipping goods back to the Borderfree facilities, subject to applicable law.
Refunds from Borderfree will be posted within 14 days after either cancellation of your order (if your order is cancelled before the products are shipped) or Borderfree's receipt of the returned goods (if your order is cancelled after the products are shipped). Further information about these statutory rights can be obtained from the relevant governmental websites in your jurisdiction.
