RETURN POLICY
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Full price purchases placed between November 15, 2025 and December 19, 2025 are eligible for extended returns through Monday, January 19, 2026.
Refunds/Exchanges
James Perse offers a 30-day refund/exchange policy for eligible items purchased online. Items purchased in James Perse retail stores are not eligible for a refund but can either be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase at the store where purchased. For online purchases, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return merchandise for a refund or exchange. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and include all original packaging and accessories, including items purchased as part of a gift set, which must be returned together and in their complete packaging; individual items from a gift set cannot be returned separately. We do not cover original shipping fees or any return label fee for returns or exchanges.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items when returned must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unworn and unwashed;
- Must have original tags attached;
- Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included;
- Must have been purchased at full price (sale items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges); and
- Must not be an item that is otherwise ineligible for a refund or exchange as described below.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined, and no refund will be issued or exchange permitted. Unapproved or rejected returns will be returned to the original shipping address.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and ineligible to be returned for a refund or exchange:
- Gift Cards
- Sale Merchandise
- Limited Edition (Longboards | Surfboards)
- Underwear
- Custom/Branded Products (ex: Charity, Collaborations, etc.)
Refund Process
Returns that are accepted by us for a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If a purchase was made using a gift card combined with another payment method, the refund will first be credited back to the gift card, up to the amount of the card. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the other payment method used. Please note that any original shipping fees and/or return label fees will be deducted from any refund you receive from us to cover the cost of return shipping.

Online Purchases Cannot be Returned In Stores
Online orders cannot be returned at any of our physical retail store locations. Online orders are eligible for a refund or exchange exclusively through our online return portal at the link above or by contacting customer service at the number above.
In Store Purchases
Items purchased in James Perse stores are not eligible to be returned through the online return portal and may only be returned for store credit or exchanged at the physical store where you purchased the item within 30 calendar days of purchase. In store purchases are not eligible for a refund. If an item is being exchanged in-store, the item must be presented with an original/gift receipt. In store purchases where an item is shipped to you will be subject to this in store return policy and may only be exchanged in the store where you initiated the original purchase.
Price Adjustment Policy
We will adjust the price of an item on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 calendar days of original purchase and if you present your original receipt in-store for an in-store purchase or if you contact customer service using the contact information below for an online purchase. Price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Online purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in our stores; additional exceptions apply.
